Hartlepool Sixth Form College Parties, February 2004

The following turned up among my electric post today:

for whom it may concern,

all the current speculation about the up and coming college parties needs to be put to rest. The first party which is in 2 days time , wednesday 11th feb at spectrum and nexus is organised by the young enterprise group pink hippo, This party is most likely to be for the alternative crowd as well as 1st years and the sports teams and thier followers. The second party to be in the half term , 18th feb as probably likely to be at the lighthouse in church street. Everyone is welcome to both parties and it would be appriceated if you could put this on your site for students to view.

The Aftermath

The unofficial college party, organised by the Pink Hippo Young Enterprise business, was held last night. It has been hailed as a resounding success – attendance reportedly reached double figures. Pink Hippo have yet to comment on the profit their party has generated.

The official college party will be held next Wednesday (the 18th), during half-term.
